About Us
HMS Community is Australia's first Community Paramedic-led Healthcare Charity, saving lives and money by preventing unnecessary hospital stays based in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs and Macedon Ranges.
Each week, HMS Community saves ambulance services approximately 90 hours' worth of callouts, which is equal to around $1.4 million a week. This is because HMS Community provides accessible, thorough healthcare and support to people within the comfort of their homes and communities, or in our accessible clinic.
HMS Community is committed to providing community-based care that is responsive, innovative, and person-centered.
