Cancellation/Non-Attendance Policy
If you would like to cancel or change your appointment, please advise us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We may charge a $50 cancellation fee if 24 hours’ notice is not provided. Please call 1300 549 249 to cancel or reschedule. If you do not answer/attend your appointment, a $50 non-attendance fee will be charged. Please be aware that for telephone appointments, the clinician will call from a private/withheld number. We will attempt to contact you twice. Failure to answer will be classed as a non-attendance and a fee will be charged.
Payment Disclaimer
Full pre-payment or a $50 deposit is required prior to your appointments. If payment has not been made before your appointment, services may not proceed.
